This is a good strategy IMO, keep the dilution minimal for now. List on the VFEX (sounds like there’s significant interest), get PPSA signed off (it’s a formality now), get the flow test setup and then raise/jv on flow test results. I’ve been disappointed in the past with their capital raising efforts but Scotty has delivered on this one big time. The future is very bright for our company now.
