It doesn't work like that as one gas doesn't have to give up their share and is the same in any other JV and only really if the other parties agree to it so they don't' have to fund as much of the venture and probably get an equal deal as anybody else where the JV do specify it in an agreement.
In this peculiar case One Gas doesn't have to fund anything so doubt they will give up their 20% portion
