    so the swf has a back-in right of 10%. But this is at FID which is obviously post farm in. So does that 10% reduce ivz from what ever they are post farm in to that amount MINUS 10%? Or do all the partners post farm-in (ivz, one gas, farm in peeps) contribute a proportionate share of the 10%? I would think and hope the latter.
