    That sounds about right that each JV partner would lose a proportionate amount to make up that 10percent.

    More that what IVz does now to farm out won't affect one gas current percentage. IE it's not like one gas is going to receive a dollar amount for backcosts nor do they care about a free carry well program from farm in as they are already free carried
