Its also getting dicey to whether they are even doing anything this year with the rig if they are still in the phase of

Positive is they managed to get this away at 10c but still shake my head that this could have been done months ago during the Rights Issue at 10c and they've just wasted 4 months of an idle rig paying for it for the same result ?

I'm a bit confused by the Tranche 1 and Tranche 2 bit as well. They say Tranche 1 covers USD7.5M or UAD11.363M at 10c which is 113,636,363 shares but then the next announcement is the proposed issue of 151M shares. I suppose they can issue 113M of them without shareholder approval?
