When these penny dreadfuls get pushed too low, it is exactly these sort of turning points you are after. Expecting it to hit 10 cents at least, as funding uncertainty was the only reason it got this low in the first place., and to raise a premium is a great result. They wouldn't raising at a premium if they didn't have people lined up already.
