yes it is. i held many efe in the past... i like it. But normally undercapped stocks once found by the market get closer to their appropriate market cap). This one seems to be sold off at the end of every increase in visibility/volume. I just find it strange it isn't much higher. I have thought that for a long time now. Its had plenty of time to be rerated. why not?
Not downramping, i believe it should be 7-8c + by now
