2#. Perhaps the cash burn will reduce when they get into trial production early next year - as they have promised... Plus bringing on a cashed up partner will mean expenses can be shared. 

3# - Agree 3.5 M was rock bottom but what investor was going to pay more with the Arena thing looming... ? NXE would have had to be upfront about this snafu, and no doubt Mr Chine knew about it well in advance of us.  Its a credit to the quality of the resource that they got 3.5 M in the current circumstances.

4 #. Arena are definitely owed 2.5 M but maybe not 5 M. The extra 2.5 M in fees Arena have added on will no doubt be fought in court.  There is no way the BOD will roll over on this much.
