    Mr Ching perhaps ? Or one of his Chinese mates who need to source v205 / C  ( because China can't produce enough of its own to meet demand ) .. Another Chinese investor might feel quite comfortable to invest as between the two of them, they could basically control the company . .. its in such a week state they would basically be beholden to who ever controls the purse strings..
