I have no doubt that Mr Ching is a shrewd investor and he is certainly looking to extract his pound of flesh here - and good luck to him.
Generally however, on HC, most have an interest in what it means for the retail holder - so that is the normal perspective to view these deals.........................

There is nothing wrong with NXE's Balama resource, it is the management and the fact that management has just sold half of it for $3.5 million - oh and the previous backers Arena are demanding the company make an immediate payment of $5.1 million in cash which the company doesn't have.
