We don't know. I can't see why Arena will back down on wanting the full $5.1 million, but NXE doesn't even have the $2.6 million it says it owes Arena. Who is going to participate in a CR? Who is going to lend NXE money? What do they have left to sell?
When I look at the quality of resources MUS/NXE had and the total shambles they made of them I want to weep.
