I had a look at the annual report material WTR put out today and it looks pretty good.

The key point being their suite of HM being worth more than most others that may well be the driving force for MDL's interest.

However, as I said it's a long way to go. I'm sure WTR holders will get good value for their interests. A takeover if it does take place could well be via MDL shares.
