And a Cap raise for $10M would of cost us a lazy 625,000,000 shares if discounted to 1.6cents which it probably would need to be to be taken up in this market environment!
I've been in a stock once that got a loan like this from a full blown loan shark and the deal was way worse than this one!
Capital ain't cheap for companies like us right now!
