I think a CR would have been south of 1.6c. I sure management would have done DD on this option. It's out the way now. No pressure now on SP during the timeframe up to closing date. Would it have been underwritten? No chance of that....what would the uptake have been if the SP was below the issue price? What if the markets tanked during the CR. All valid questions. I think they made the right choice.
