    $7M @ 5c = 140M shares. 1 option per 5 shares = 28M options.

    130M current SOI + 168M new shares/options = 298M or x2.29 current SOI.

    x2.29 upside gone due to dilution. Triton may not proceed with the balance of funds if SP doesn't pop above 5c same as last CR as they need SP to be higher so they can convert & sell. Same setup as last time trying to raise at a premium so SP pops.
