That maybe true, however im sure we have all seen the new captain of the ship blame the previous one for everything that went wrong.

Although IMO it does seem Dean was a major part of the problem, the new management need to deal with the aftermath of his decisions - not to mention reduce costs, turn a profit and demonstrate credibility now at an all time low.

IMO if the board can make good progress in the next 6 months, this would indicate Kaddy turning a corner and they could be a true contender. For me, anything longer and they will have their hand out for more funds.....which will send this company backwards very fast !
