My long-held and posted-before view is that EGN management is quick to point out potential business risks than it is to opine on what they think is most likely. A modus operandi that I myself would embrace if I could overcome my innate Micawberism.
A company does not invest the kind of money required to acquire a circa 1.3 hectares of vacant site in Forrestfield unless things are looking good.
