The article states EV’s plans to immediately begin progressing field and desktop evaluations.
clearly something happened extremely quickly that a month later this is now a TMG acquisition. It would be interesting to find out what but unless management say anything it is purely speculation.
Perhaps it was easier for EV to turn a quick profit and acquire a large shareholding in TMG which is already growing in value for EV.
