They are obviously aware of land access issues in NSW at WCC, however there are ways they can drill without actually being on the land with the issues. But, that would get peoples backs up and you don't want to do that when you have along term goal of working with people
As a result, they are playing sensible and engaging strongly, which takes some time. Equally, it's Andre that will engage, who, bluntly, is far better placed to be running that role than Tim
This acquisition, with low cash, leave plenty of cash to continue progressing and growing. This is a great buy of an area of land that ONLY happened because you have Andre here, one of the few people in the world who has the knowledge and connection to grow the value of these assets and progress them
