I don’t think this is a matter of us giving them equipment for free. I believe the non financially binding aspect of this MOU is most likely because there isn’t and agreed number of units that are going to be deployed therefore there is no ‘contract figure’.

This MOU basically says that both parties agree to work together for the next two years without a legally binding contract.

This is a very good validation. This gives the company the cutting edge against competition to remain the market leaders by continually improving the product whilst increasing revenue.
