OK.....a couple of things about this announcement. Sure there will be others.

1) The UK is NOT a member of the EU.
2) All the costs are to be taken up by RGT - another expense for a company that has no cash reserves and is in debt.
3) What the hell is the Malta complex doing? I thought that was where RGT's manufacturing was supposed to be happening.

Also, while there is mention that this will reduce costs for RGT, there is no statement of how much these costs are. Most importantly, no estimates on any income for RGT from the partnership. RGT seems to be the one bearing the costs entirely with no up front payments from the partnering company.

Argent BioPharma Limited is pleased to announce a strategic manafacturing partnership with ECCPharm
Limited (ECC Pharm), a leading EU-GMP-certified pharmaceutical manufacturer. Under the agreement,
ECCPharm will take on full manufacturing and batch release responsibilities for Argent BioPharma’s pioneering
cannabinoid therapies—CannEpil® and CogniCann®—ensuring these treatments are available under early
patient access programs in in Key EU countries, including Ireland, the UK, and Germany.
As part of the partnership, ECCPharm will implement a technology transfer (Transfer) to relocate manufacturing
operations from Argent’s current GMP-certified European facilities to its state-of-the-art facility in North
Macedonia. All costs assiocaited with the Transfer will be borne by the Company. This move is designed to
enhance production efficiency, ensure regulatory compliance, and support scalable manufacturing to meet the
growing global patient demand. Argent BioPharma further confirms it will retain ownerhship of all current and
furtuer R&D and Interlectual Propoerty rigths under the partnership.
