    I cmpletely agree with you on all of this, especially the malta facilitiy (WTF is it doing) and I cant recall of any state of the Art Macedonian facility.
    Lets see if within 2 years a new announcement comes out that this failed and they lost another couple of million. Seems to be a recurring theme.
