I wonder if whoever bought today has some insider knowledge about the potential sale of compumedics.
I know overseas companies of similar medical device products are worth multiples of the current value of CMP stock price . CEO who owns over 70% of the stock is ready to sell out. Its a done deal i reckon .
Compumedics products are world class and the competitors would like nothing better than to swallow it up. More than $30m in R&D has been expensed in the past 6 years alone and here we are being worth $14m, as the CEO said the current stock price doesnt reflect its IP or money spent making all their world class products.
Another Aussie company going offshore because local investors wont support it.
