If you're trading... it's hit your stop already so sell (if you don't have a stop you're not trading.. lol)
If anything else, well, it either hit your stop. Or you're here for the long run.
Either way, -20% is abnormal, but at the same time, kind of normal in the stinkmarket. Something is going down, It's either end of the world (in which case turn the screen off--it's only money(!)), or time is more important than price.
