Let's see. PGM and base metal prices are going up...Chn's investment in ENR is going up..some nights the Dow goes up....at some stage, if not right now, there could be a such an inbalance in the value of Chn versus its sp...that its sp should go back up....if Chn has been valued in the past on PGM prices, in a rising market, their metal endowment can't be ignored forever and before long the PFS completion and investment by Mitsu or others will be upon us...
