Got to disagree with you there, STO aren't necessarily great at delivering and they don't really have a lot of experience doing so, particularly in the WA market. Their track record is pretty light since most of their current infrastructure in WA and the NT was built by others (Apache/Quadrant, ConocoPhillips etc). Their Qld projects weren't exactly examples of state of the art project execution either. Not all of the specific offshore project knowledge that existed when they took over Quadrant and C-P's assets was retained, particularly at corporate level.
