I'm an old investor considering taking another position.
Is my understanding correct that Mike has to achieve a capital return of greater than US$60 million (AUD$ 89 million) (by 11 September) before his bonus kicks in rather than Otto achieving a market capitalisation of US$65 million? Is there an extra bonus if he returns more capital than this?
Does anyone know whether any of the metrics used in the Fosters Report changed - that is, is the oil price used in the calculations better or worse today?
