What would you expect to see in an update? Ultimately it is either 'we are still engaging' or 'all interest has been lost'. Anything else is premature and irresponsible for a board to state imho. Until we're told that they have stopped engaging with interested parties then we've got to assume that they are still engaging and just have to wait....and there is ultimately no need for an update.
