The JV with Cronimet only relates to the 12 million tonne stockpile of waste / tailings which has since been used to hone the production and processing techniques that will presumably be of benefit for years to come.
What this does is now give EQR 100 percent ownership of everything that gets processed at MT Carbine (some in the past have queried what happens when we process tailings with much higher grade ore...problem solved)
It has been mentioned (and I agree) that this also eliminates any confusion for future feasibility's in that we don't have to accommodate for income ad expense splitting in relation to the stockpile operation.
It seems to be a much tidier operation from that perspective...
