As opposed to your glowing opinion of this company, I'd say Cronimet has decided to get out of the partnership (because they never work - two equal partners is big trouble, three is even worse because two will gang up on the third and make it a two way disaster, but I digress.) There's no way they could be paid in cash for their share, so they are forced with the rest of us to hope and pray the share price might ever rise.
All I find in this is zero good news for shareholders. Show me I'm wrong by quoting the share price.
