I am a glass half empty type of investor and prefer to err on the side of caution, but I am struggling to find more negatives than positives here.
In addition to reasons already posted by others, in my view Cronimet are as close to an insider as a third party company can get. Their purchase at 30% premium is a significant vote of confidence that can serve as a catalyst for the share price.
