    3 Questions about Pac Partners analysis.

    1 - Is this independent research or paid for valuation by EQR?

    2 - Does Pac Partners have any disclosures that they hold shares in EQR?

    3 - Do they have any registered interests with EQR board members, chair and CEO? (Are they clients of theirs for other securities investments)

    These are really valid questions that any investor out there should be asking research / brokerage houses. Or what we call "Full Disclosure"
