You guys are onto something with EQR. The more I read your comments, the more I research the company and even now thinking about the endless uses of Tungsten / Wolfram. The metal price will track up in my opinion. Why..?

Here's one example:

We are not going to move away from Oil and Gas for at least the next 50 years. It's getting harder and harder to find good suppliers outside of bad actor states. (Russia, Iran, even Saudi Arabia)

In Western countries, they are going to have to drill deeper and deeper to reach those deposits. The amount of Tungsten / Wolfram that's used to harden those drill tips is astounding. Even so the amount they go through per year, world wide. 1000 plus, Oil and Gas rigs.

If you have time watch this video by Halliburton. US listed company, USD $50 Billion market cap with USD $6 Billion revenue. And this is only one example of the end product of Tungsten / Wolfram. That procurement spending filters all the way back to..... Guess..?

Companies like EQR who dig up the raw materials of Tungsten / Wolfram.
