Hi PBlonde, yes the requirement is for positive net operating cash flows. Although it seems the ASX has the discretion to extend the requirement for longer on a case-by-case basis.

I recall a company obtaining a 4C waiver for 8 quarter's a number of years ago, (can't recall the circumstances), they ended up not reporting for 16 quarters before shareholders prompted the ASX to act which they did, 4 months later with a please explain. I found that amusing, the regulator asking the regulated why they hadn't reported cash flows for 2 years.
