As opposed to your "glass half empty" snipe, my more optimistic interpretation of this is that shareholders are now rewarding Cronimet for their years of effort and support in getting this company to where it is today - the largest and most successful tungsten producer in the Western world
And what do they do with their settlement proceeds ? Reinvest it back into the company at a 30% premium
Surely even you might find something honourable and noble in this.
