I think strategic partner with funding is Hastings only hope
The Hastings Project is at an advanced stage of development, with a completed scoping study delivering sound economics, a JORC compliant resource giving +20 years of mine life and is fast tracking towards production, subject to satisfactory funding. The Company is investigating a number of options including a strategic alliance, off-take agreements and joint venture proposals.

1560 t Reo at $96 Kg = $149,760,000
2630 t Nb. at $45 Kg = $118,350,000
6170 t Zr. at $3.70 Kg= $22,829,000
Currently revenue is $290,939,000 = $28.08 Kg
According to the scoping study costs are
$258m for 10,360 tonnes of product = $24.90 Kg
Longterm offtake agreements will only give you a percentage of the basket price especially as HAS is not producing 99% Reo
Hastings is marginal at best
