re: Ann: Strategic Partner Discussions underw... imho there is no way to tell how long the discussions would take. HAS have been in contact with "interested parties" for over a year now from what has been reported.
However, the company has stated:
"Strategic partner to be secured (funding, technical, off-take?) Q2 2013"
I wouldn't expect anything before it is finalised except for the continued progression of HAS against its milestones (p23 of presentation dated 5th Feb).
The first we will know is their will be a trading halt to announce the funding details.
Given the MC of HAS at today's price is only $10m, any deal would value HAS significantly higher than that and hence cause a re-rating in my opinion.
I was in TUC when they announced their deal and their shares rose 137% from 6.1c to 14.5c.
Not a lot more patience required now.
