Be very careful of Huayou Cobalt. They have a history of attempting hostile activities against miners they invest in on or coming out of market bottoms. They are currently involved in the thick of the mess that is AVZ at the moment, attempting to steal what would be one of the largest lithium mining projects in the world from its' Australian investors.
Tread very, very cautiously with Huayou. Particularly if they are given a seat(s) on your board.
