It is good to know that negotiations are continuing and that an agreement is likely to be announced
in the not too distant future. CXO also announced this morning that their MOU with Tesla has been
extended for 8 weeks so as to have time to get the loose ends tied up.
This partnership with YaHua will be a huge benefit to EVR if it is initiated.
