Let's hope that what you say about "...the spin in 2021...." is not correct as a large chunk of the current equity raise will be applied to exacerbate that "spin". You can't realistically hope to significantly penetrate and supply the export market, as seems to be the current CEO's focus, without access to appropriately sized and flexible production facilities similar to his previous employer's facilities. Lark needs to increase its capability in that respect if it seriously intends to penetrate and compete in the export market. The "bounce" you refer to is a function (hope ?) of that IMO.

Let's also hope that the SP recovers at least the +50% decline in price on the current CEO's watch in the short-term. Getting it back to $5.00 may be a long way off as you say.
