Despite prior assurances that they did not, it was glaringly obvious they needed operational and capex funding for sure - better equity than debt. But this step has more the indicia of a privatisation step IMO. It can't be what it is purported to be - "a strategic partnership" - a 10 year agreement to buy busted wine barrels to meet the current flavouring fad provides a strategy advantage - you have to be joking !!
Dilute the minorities, privatise and re-list down the track IMO.
