At least from a treatment point of view we do have a possible finish line. Previously with imyc or whatever else it was hard to see if it could ever work practically. With current target we seem to have found a target in the eye that minimuses the effect of off target absorption of our cpp, which i think was an issue with other targets. Couple that with a treatment that appears to have no alternative treatment and l assume possible fast track orphan drug status at least in US may be a big help? more steps closer to sarepta also with tech that seems logically of interest to them. Maybe not a game changer yet but seems current target is more achievable than anything previously,
