TB, your enthusiasm is wonderful to behold and may all your dreams comes true....but, what of the actual practical aspects of executing the holy grail of treatments for those poor souls suffering retinitis pigmentosa?
- How many years do you think it might take to get through IND/trials/approval/production/sales/revenue?
- Who exactly do you think is going to fund all that (possibly grants, albeit a stretch ATM)?
- Who is responsible for doing what in this new JV - and who foots the bill for that?
- How much does each party get (eventually) if they succeed?
Simply put, from a business point of view there is no clarity on what is going on so it is next to impossible to 'invest' in this stock, although it is entirely possible to 'speculate'. I suspect speculators may push it higher in the short term (Buffett's voting machine) but investors will want more before is is sustainable (Buffett's weighting machine).
Although the notional plan is pretty clear I'm hoping for more substance before declaring success.
