Again worth bearing in mind is that the major shareholders and board members still have a massive % holding in this both cash wise and share wise. While they can maybe float off sections and possibly make some cash there surely the end game is to get out of the main holding at a profit. I would think they would be reluctant to commit more funds unless return is guaranteed.. Seems mr tribe has many millions tied up in the main company at what must be around the 3.6 ish c point and the interesting thing will be if he starts to unwind at current levels. Surely he is not expecting to just write off that investment for another 10 years or try to make it back from a spin off. If directors werent so heavily invested i would be more concerned i must admit.
that being said i wonder if the spin off becomes an independent entity that allows mr tribe to effectively increase his stake without going past 20% in main company?
