As for the spin off mentioned by andrew, it is not spun off, might never be, and i feel Vision is just a way of letting Lion have some credit/spoils where they are helpful without access to the full value of PYC, its various potentials and its platform( admittedly quite a way off), so it is protecting the future value of pyc from being spread to Lion, and anyone else who puts capital into Vision to develop this ASO
