This stock has been a dividend trap for many years with management timing the property cycle terribly, with large dilution the latest bad decision management have dressed up as a good one.
Buy for the yield, stay for the capital losses. That being said at some stage will hit a bottom and look good from there, and we must be closer to bottom than the top (>$1.2!) by now.
My sentiment should be not held but can't change.
