this is how big corporations acquire land and assets from struggling companies.. 3 mill is absolutely nothing to ABM. yet if the drilling finds something, suddenly 50% is theirs..... usually I'd say it's a terrible deal, but this dog is on the verge of de-listing so I guess it better than nothing.
