I wonder whether most of the people who post on HC are going to have the stomach to stay invested in these pre-finance projects over the next year or so. Given that most of them don't appear to know how to sell and take profits, I guess we are going to have to listen to a lot of whining. It's going to be a tough market. Meanwhile, the management have to actually get on with the project and put in place all the pieces that de-risk the project and move it toward an investment decision.
