    I get the feeling NTI doesn't agree with you re orphan drug status. You have mentioned before that getting FDA approval is a very long process. Attaining orphan drug status helps to fast track that process as far as I am aware? So, I would think attaining that status should be a positive and give some sort or appreciation to the shareprice, how much that is, I'm not sure.

    I guess with Fenix, NTI thought this way forward with them is a best outcome for the company...otherwise, why would they be doing it? If Fenix hit those targets then, the company is moving fwd and the shareprice should be up....
