Sorry, forgot to add in the percentage of $46m received value to existing holders.
So 80 percent of $46m = $36.8m to existing holders.
After dillution through the deal with Zijin existing holders come out with -
30.5 percent of Kharmagtai 80.1 percent of Red Mountain 80 percent of existing cash (no idea what current cash balance is as drilling is ongoing). $36.8m cash received through the 3 tranches.
Again, check the math, but it looks pretty close to me.
